We provide digital agency services including website design, development, SEO, hosting, maintenance, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in a separate proposal or statement of work.
3. Pricing and Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project pricing is provided on request. Maintenance and support plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, custom deliverables created specifically for you are transferred to you for your business use. We retain the right to use generic frameworks, tools, and reusable components developed in-house.
5. Limitation of Liability
LE Scaling Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service with reasonable written notice. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for work already completed.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which LE Scaling Group LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
